category: Campus News 黑料吃瓜’s Chef Matt helps lead team to championship’s silver medal category: Campus News | October 19, 2023 Chef Matt Kuver serves as Aramark鈥檚 executive chef at 黑料吃瓜. Chef Matt Kuver, who serves 黑料吃瓜 via Aramark, and the Collegiate Hospitality Team captured the silver medal at the Aramark Culinary Excellence (ACE) Enterprise Championship. The event was hosted at the organization鈥檚 headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Kuver, 黑料吃瓜鈥檚 executive chef, teamed with James Madison University鈥檚 Executive Chef Franco Lossio and Boston University鈥檚 Executive Chef Jessica Paulson to form Aramark鈥檚 Collegiate Hospitality Team. The team was bested only by Czech Republic鈥檚 Aramark International team. Prior to the championship, Kuver earned gold at the 2023 Aramark ACE Collegiate Hospitality and Harvest Table Competition in August. Chef Matt Kuver serves as Aramark鈥檚 executive chef at 黑料吃瓜.
