According to Rachel Rogers, coordinator for 窪蹋勛圖s Community Connections and Faith and Justice, there was intentional effort made to keep the event and food options affordable for families. This was important because we know how hard economically families have had it recently and we didnt want anyone to feel excluded. Providing affordable, safe, and memorable activities for the younger people in our community helps build healthy relationships which is an important part of any healthy community, she said. Its also showing love to all people just as Christ did for us. Carson-Newmans mascot, Talon, gathers with students on campus.
