The Management major at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï is designed to provide students with a robust education in business leadership while integrating principles of faith and ethics into every facet of management. Rooted in a commitment to Christian values, this program emphasizes the development of effective leadership skills, strategic decision-making, and ethical business practices. Students delve into core management concepts such as organizational behavior, strategic planning, human resource management and entrepreneurship.

The annual Carson-Newman Fall Career Fair is sponsored by the Student Business Leaders organization, the Department of Business, the Bush Center for Entrepreneurship and Family Business and the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Career Development Center. The event welcomes representatives of area businesses to campus for recruiting students of all majors.
